Since 2012, our restaurant has been welcoming guests in the historic centre of Trieste, in the spacious interior rooms and, in the summer, on the charming terrace among the houses of Cavana.
Our cuisine is based on tradition and it continues to develop new ideas that we are happy to share with our customers. On our menu, you will find some of the traditional dishes of Trieste that we have always prepared or the use of typical products in more contemporary and modern recipes. The Chef and his brigade love to experiment with new ideas, always paying attention to the quality of the raw ingredients and the techniques of preparation and cooking.
