Adelia Di Fant, a producer of distillates and refined pralines, began her adventure in the 1980s to offer high-quality distillates while preserving the roots of the tradition of her land.

From this passion, combined with a perhaps even greater passion for chocolate, the first Grappa Praline production took place.

The desire to experiment with new flavours is the challenge that the company commits to every day.

In front of Adelia Di Fant, like in a painting, the complete line of pralines, mendiants, truffles, orangettes, chocolate bars with flowers or fruits, soft and voluptuous spreads and other tasty treats take shape.

The artisan workshop and the company shop can be found in the heart of the historic centre of San Daniele.
