SUP in Lignano Sabbiadoro

One afternoon I was lucky enough to go to Ufficio 7 on the beach at Lignano Sabbiadoro to attend a lesson in SUP — Stand Up Paddle — organised by the likeable guys from the Wind Village.

After a quick explanation on the fundamentals of SUP we immediately entered the water (literally, since I fell before being able to get on the board with both feet) but, after a few tips from Nico, the chap who was responsible for me, things immediately started getting better.

At this point, we pushed out further towards the open sea, almost as far as the buoys before turning back. I can only encourage you to go and try this discipline which is a little unusual but lots of fun!
