Ribolla Gialla, an ancient Friulian grape variety, has been delighting palates since the Middle Ages with its characteristic golden yellow colour and refined floral bouquet. Today it is cultivated mainly in the hilly area where it is at its best, from Tarcento to Istria, through the Karst. It is a wine that stands out for its freshness, minerality and fruity pleasantness. Versatile in pairing, it is ideal as an aperitif.
