The "Spazio Friuli" residence is located in Sevegliano (Bagnaria Arsa), in the province of Udine: Via degli Alpini 4/4a
Easily accessible from the motorway, it is located in a residential area 3 km from the center of Palmanova, the nine-pointed star city.
The Grado beach and the tourist port can be reached by car in 24 minutes and that of Lignano Sabbiadoro in 35 minutes.
Aquileia and the Roman excavations are 15 km away.
Cividale formerly called "Forum Julii" at 31 km.
The "Alpe Adria cycling route" cycle path is 1.7 km away.
Palmanova Outlet Village is 3.8 km away.
Cervignano train station 10km away.
Hospitals of Palmanova at 5.5 km, Udine at 26 km, Latisana at 34 km.
Venice reachable by car or train in an hour and a half.

LODGING

The "Spazio Friuli" residence consists of two completely independent apartments with separate entrances.
On request they can be made communicating by an internal staircase, in order to accommodate very large groups:
"Soreli" apartment on the first floor
"Tiare" apartment on the ground floor
The "Soreli" apartment located on the first floor, reachable by a large external staircase, has a large living room, equipped kitchen, double bedroom, bedroom with two beds and a third added, a bathroom with shower, a large balcony overlooking the garden ; pertaining to an external gazebo with table, chairs and deck chairs.
The "Tiare" apartment located on the ground floor with easy access even for the disabled, has a large open-space living room with equipped kitchen, double bedroom, twin bedroom, single bedroom, a bathroom; outdoor patio with table overlooking the garden, chairs and deck chairs.
At the disposal of the two apartments a large garden, a trampoline for children with a safety net, a covered garage for cars and bicycles and additional uncovered parking spaces.
