In Prepotto, in the heart of the Colli Orientali del Friuli, Spolert opens its doors and offers two different ways to experience the same hillside.
Aperitivo in the panoramic garden
Our garden overlooks the vineyards directly: take a seat, order a glass of wine and a selection of local cured meats and cheeses, and simply let the afternoon unfold. No rush, no set itinerary — just time to watch the vineyards as the light changes over the hills.
Guided wine tasting
For those who want to discover more, the tasting takes you through the winery’s wines: the white wines of the Colli Orientali and Schioppettino di Prepotto, the native red grape variety born right here and brought back to life on these hills. The wines are presented by the people who make them, in a relaxed and informal atmosphere.
Whether you choose to stop for half an hour or spend the whole afternoon, the invitation is the same: come up here, sit down, and taste the landscape.

Theme: Weekend with Chef Masaru
Programme: Following the enthusiasm and success of the first edition, Chef Masaru returns to Aquila del Torre to guide us through a memorable food and wine experience: a sensory bridge where the roots of Friuli resurface through the poetry and technique of great Japanese cuisine. Joining us in this encounter between Friulian and Japanese culture will be master Paolo Cotrone and Gaia Rossella Sain, who will immerse us in the Land of the Rising Sun through live performances of traditional Japanese folk music!

A walk through the vineyards accompanied by some of the estate’s friendly animals. The animals will be chosen on the day and may include goats, sheep, donkeys, and more. The walk will be followed by a tasting of three wines accompanied by a selection of local cured meats and cheeses.
Meeting time: 11:00 am on October 3.
