Incontro di cucina con degustazione. La cucina slovena d’eccellenza ha le firme di Janez e Tomaž Bratovž. Padre e figlio insieme alla sorella Nina, sommelier, hanno guidato per anni il ristorante JB, nel centro di Lubiana e da maggio si sono spostati nel suggestivo panorama naturale ai piedi delle Alpi di Kamnik–Savinja, nel lussuoso complesso del Golf Resort Arboretum.
Per la prima volta a Pordenone, prepareranno per noi:
• petto d’anatra in salsa di cognac, polvere di pomodoro e sommacco;
• capesante stagionate a secco, polvere di fichi, gel di yuzu e crema di mandorle.
