Progetto scuola in collaborazione con Coldiretti e Campagna Amica Pordenone.
Una classe 2° dell’Istituto Mattiussi, coordinata dalla professoressa Sabrina Parutta, dopo un percorso formativo iniziato a settembre, risponderà con i fatti e con i piatti, ça va sans dire, alla crescente diffusione di proposte alimentari ultraprocessate. I ragazzi, fatta la spesa al mercato di Campagna Amica, sotto la guida dei cuochi Tiziano Trevisanutto (Gelindo dei Magredi) e Luca Pancotto (Agriturismo Cortivo Pancotto), prepareranno e serviranno agli ospiti piatti di stagione.
