Per tutti quelli che hanno fatto chilometri e chilometri per venire a sentire Aurora Popolare nelle grandi città e per quelli che non ce l’hanno fatta perché troppo lontani e troppo aggrovigliati negli impegni della vita di ogni giorno, per i piccoli club che resistono solitari in zone dove nessuno ti aiuta a fare cultura e per tutti i posti che si “ostinano” a proporre musica dal vivo originale, per tutti loro, abbiamo pensato a un tour che potesse restituire qualcosa di tutto quello che ci è stato dato – abbiamo pensato che, quei chilometri, toccasse di nuovo a noi farli.
Abbiamo pensato a Provincia Popolare, un tour che, come dice il nome, attraverserà la sconfinata provincia italiana, fermandosi in club piccoli e meno piccoli, per portare quello che abbiamo da dire ovunque sia possibile, per far sentire il nostro nuovo album anche da palchi alti mezzo metro.
E lo faremo tornando alla dimensione con cui cominciammo a girare ormai 20 anni fa, quella del trio – con tutta l’urgenza, la crudezza e il sudore che si porta dietro.
