RITROVO: ore 9.15 presso Agriturismo Ostrouska a Sagrado di Sgonico
DIFFICOLTA’: escursionistica, dislivello di circa 250 metri e sviluppo circa 7 km, lungo sentieri, tracce di sentiero e strade sterrate.
DURATA: circa 5-6 ore, compresa sosta spuntino e soste durante l’itinerario.
ABBIGLIAMENTO E ATTREZZATURA: si raccomanda di indossare calzature e abbigliamento da escursionismo adatto alla stagione (scarpe chiuse con suola antiscivolo meglio se impermeabili, vestiti a strati, antivento e antipioggia).
RISTORO: è prevista una sosta in cima al Lanaro per permettere di rifocillarsi. L’organizzazione offrirà ad ogni partecipante regolarmente iscritto uno spuntino al sacco con prodotti dell’azienda agricola Ostrouska (salumi, formaggi, pane). Non saranno fornite acqua o altre bevande.
QUOTA DI PARTECIPAZIONE: nessuna, grazie al sostegno della European Green Belt Association.
