How to decorate a cake
In the surroundings of the picturesque Pesarina Valley, the De Gasperi mountain hut is ready to host the appointment of "In Rifugio c'è più gusto! (More taste in the Mountain Huts!)” in synergy with the dessert workshop, an opportunity to discover the value of an ancient historical tradition combined with modernity. Waiting for you from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. will be cake decorating workshops combined with a presentation of the activity. Participation in the workshop is free and does not require reservation.

De Gasperi mountain hut, in Prato Carnico is an authentic paradise in the wonderful setting of the Pesarina Valley. Surrounded by the Dolomites, it is the perfect starting point for exciting hikes and panoramic walks where, on your return, Anna will welcome you for relaxing moments and tasty mountain dishes.
Laboratorio del Dolce is located in Pagnacco and began its activity with a mixer from the 1930s and a latest-generation oven. Its key principles are a careful selection of raw materials, the choice of local suppliers and attention to sustainability and respect for the environment.
