TENUTA PRIMERO

The Tenuta Primero Resort means holidays, nature and safety: it offers you over 100 hectares of unconditional freedom. An immense Mediterranean garden immersed in the lagoon.
You will find 3 different types of Cottage, Bungalow and the Marina House in the Marina Primero area with a suggestive view of the Val Cavanata Natural Park.
For comfort and green lovers we offer the Deluxe Cottages with one or two bedrooms. Located near the Marina, they have underfloor heating for the winter months and are equipped with Roofed carport.
The Superior Cottages boast a strategic position adjacent to the recently restored park, the real lung of the Resort. A few steps from the swimming pool, Terrazza Mare restaurant and the beach, they have one, two or three bedrooms. Their private garden is the largest of all types of cottages.
In a more secluded area and just one step away from the beach, the Premium Cottages overlook the Gulf of Trieste and offer a large comfortably furnished terrace to enjoy your holiday in complete relaxation.
Inside each Cottage there will be "goodies" such as the Illy coffee machine, the daily refill of San Benedetto water, the Ortigia bathroom amenities and a selection of Dammann teas.
Upon your arrival we will provide you with two bicycles for free with which you can discover the beauties of this land between nature and sea.
Inside the Tenuta Primero Resort you will also find the Marina and the motor boat harbour which boast a strategic location on the Gulf of Trieste. You will have the opportunity to dock or rent boats to experience the Grado Lagoon or take a dip in the open waters of the Adriatic.
The Grado Golf Club, which is just a few meters from the main entrance of the Resort, is the ideal place to practice the greenest of all sports, immersed in a unique flora and fauna.
