By car. Once you arrive in the center of Grado, go through the first circle, turn into Riva Gregori Zaccaria, turn right into via Alessandro Manzoni, go ahead and you will be in Piazza XXVI Maggio where the Hotel Hannover wait for you.By train. The closest stations to Grado are Cervignano del Friuli (16 km) and Udine (45 km).
